I'd have to call this an indirect TAXI deal...Taking Matto's advice, and trying to follow in Hummingbird's footsteps, I decided to start building a RELATIONSHIP with the company who signed me to my first deal, directly because of a TAXI forward.So, I contacted my publisher/Music Library rep about some of these new tunes I just got out of the studio with, 4 weeks ago.Signed the contracts for "Mountain Train" this morning and have already put them in the mail.wooHOO!!Thank you, TAXI. This company and the amazing people on these boards have proven to be the best education about music creation and production AND about the music BIZ, itself, I could've ever hoped for.
