Hi Nick-- Almost there... Just highlight your entire link in the message box and click on the little world symbol (second from the left) in the "Add Tags" section. That should do the trick. (Once in a while, the link doesn't work correctly, and it usually was when there is a strange symbol or break in the link somewhere.)You're from Michigan? But in California now? I don't blame you. The weather here really sucks. Raags

I put a url tag around each link, but still no luck. I believe the colon in eaech link is causing the error, but I have no idea how to remedy this.If any one knows please tell me.Thanks,Nick

If you have a PC and your stuff is hosted on the TAXI site, you can right-click on the play button, select "Properties", and copy the link properties location. Then paste that link into the message and add the url tags. That should do it.

Hey Hey -Just thought I'd introduce myself after spending the last month observing these forums anonymously... My name is Tim and I manage and play drums for Chris Merritt. I haven't seen too many folks on the forums representing a songwriter (besides themselves) but here's to being different. Chris' music is new to Taxi but we've already been blessed with a couple of forwards on an Artist listing within our first month and hope our good fortune continues. It's been great reading through the topics and posts to get a better idea how the Taxi "machine" works. I look forward to learning from and contributing to this forum. Here's a couple o' Chris Merritt tunes for ya:VirginiaTower of SandTim

I tried that, but it gives me the properties for the graphic file of the "play" button..Would it have anything to do with me being a new member?

nickfever,I'll try and give you a little assistance. Before you try and post your tune, make sure you've taken care to follow these steps first. 1. Login to your Taxi profile2. Click the link that says "My Music"3. Click the "Edit" button on the right side of the song (C 01 T 09 - Spanish Reggaeton for example)4. After the page opens, check the box that says "Public" (then others can listen to it)5. Click the "Save" buttonRepeat steps 3-5 with each song. After doing that, go to your hosting page, right click on the play button for the tune you wish to post, click on "copy shortcut", and you can either paste it in your post by using "ctrl-v" or by right clicking and using "paste". Hope that helps.I-468
