Looks like a room that's decently usable. Nice setup, neighbor. 8-)

I'm finding a lot of gear lists that include the Sony MDR-7506 headphones. That's what I use. I tested a TON of them at guitar center and they were by far superior to all the other ones they had in stock.

Very nice setup :)
Before I started building and working in my own monitor systems I used to do a lot of work in the Event 2020's. They still pack a lot of punch :)

I probably could but it's just for my work. I do track vocals actually in a bathroom just off the family room. Have sound absorption stuff in a corner. Kind if like my own vocal booth. Should post a pic of that...
