Semi-exclusives deals are certainly out there and I'd say a pretty ideal. Libraries won't undercut each other and can still boast exclusivity on the track, but if you come across any direct submissions, you'll have freedom to submit on your own.

I know I've come across many direct submission opportunities where an exclusive track would be a great fit, but not allowed to send it in.

Sounds like a great percentage as well as long as you've researched the library to make sure they are worth going semi-exclusive with.

Never heard of anything similar to this, but I like it! If you're comfortable with the terms within the contract, I'd say go for it. Sounds pretty ideal to me.
