Good catch. I was unaware, since it settled out of court, and apparently there was a gag order. I don't theenk it was reported on MTV Music News, but I guess we'd have to ask Kurt Loder.

If you read through, it turns out that Ray Parker, Jr. introduced Huey Lewis and Co to the idea that movie residuals could be earned, so...there never woulda been a connection with Back To The Future, without Ghostbusters. Huey himself has said this, so...try to take everything the right way, if you can manage; or if you can even tell the difference.
