Hair of the Cat That Bit Me ©2016 Robert George BMI
She was moving like a panther
On that smoky, hardwood floor
Then she pulled me like a magnet
When she headed for the door
And her den was near the river
It smelled of sandalwood and sin
Then she opened up a bottle
Of White Tiger Gin
I got drunk on liquor and love
Then I needed one more taste of
The hair of the cat that bit me
And brought me to my knees
It’s so intoxicating
It bent my will with ease
I can’t believe how hard it hit me
I’m a helpless slave,
And my body craves
The hair of the cat that bit me
O the midnight song we’d sung,
Left its flavor on my tongue
And its claw marks on my soul
Then with just one morning sip,
I felt my resistance slip
And desire took control
I’ll drink ev’ry drop she’ll pour
Cos my fantasies are thirsty for
The hair of the cat that bit me
And brought me to my knees
It’s so intoxicating
It bent my will with ease
I can’t believe how hard it hit me
I’m a helpless slave,
And my body craves
The hair of the cat that bit me
Somewhere in the darkness
I can hear her purr
She invades my daydreams
And I scent her fur
And hair of the cat that bit me
And brought me to my knees
It’s so intoxicating
It bent my will with ease
I can’t believe how hard it hit me
I’m a helpless slave,
And my body craves
The hair of the cat that bit me
