Hi Paulie - I just read this in the Taxi newsletter. Congrats and thanks for writing it. I had similar results my first year and then had the thrill of checking my BMI accout and seeing my first two song registrations in the Works Catalog. Check your account if you haven't already. The libraries only go to the trouble of making the registration if the song is on a cue sheet.

Great post Paulie, encouraging and "real". And a worthy addition to the Newsletter. Congrats.

After 2 years I've spent roughly $10,000 or more on my music equipment and submissions etc. But I see these first 2 years as the learning years. I dont need anymore equipment (although I want some) as I have too much already.

After 2 years I've decided on a different direction in the music biz which is taking me away from film/tv but man was it such a great learning experience. Still got a few tracks in libraries which will bring in some cash here and there.
