Road Rally CD

How professional does the CD that one brings to Road Rally to give to presenters etc, have to be? I don't have etching capabilities, printing on a CD. Contact info in magic marker OK?

it would be best to label your cd with a press-on label printed in your printer. It doesn't have to be super pro... unless you are an artist then you'd better have a SUPER PRO presentation.

Then on your CD sleeve put a printed label with the contents of the CD so they can read it while the CD is in the player.

And you should have your name and contact info on there as well as the track listings.

Good advice, Russell. Last year especially, it seemed that mentors were equipped to listening to music straight on your smartphone as well...mine just plugged in his headphone mini jack to my smartphone and listened away. However, having a hard copy showing conntent is a must, so having CDs is always the primary medium you'd still want to bring to the Rally.
