UStream Chat option not there in Windows?

I tried to add join the UStream chat yesterday on my Windows7 Firefox browser, but the only option was "Social Stream".

I logged in on my Macbook, and both "Social Stream" and "Chat" options are available.

Seems to be a problem for a lot of folks trying to chime in on Chat. The Chat option doesn't even show up. Notice that there is "Social Stream", but not "Chat":

I thought the same thing for a moment yesterday (I'm on PC/Firefox browser with AdBlock+ on)
I "Pop Out" the chat/social stream window and put it on a second monitor
I noticed I had to click on the word "CHAT" in the window for the chat to appear.
Didn't have to do that before because the chat would always open automaticaly...
Hopefully you are having the same issue since it's an easy solution.
Now if I could only get the show to stop freezing me into refresh mode (drunk) oblivion!

I figured it out: My Flash plugin was outdated. Firefox did not notify me, but just disabled it without warning. Update and re-enable, and it works.

How, in the name of fun can I do that? Tried it in Chrome, din't work, can't even find the page to do it in Firefox.
