Seeking Superb Contemporary Lyricist
I'm a composer/lyricist with "A-" lyric execution looking for lyricist to bring me to "A+" in terms of commercial potential.
As an example, check out my scratch demo of "Go Public" for which I got a custom critique, leading me to this post. I have many other very good lyrics and ideas.

Any particular style you are aiming for commercial success with? Billboard/Top 40 Pop lyrics will be different from Gospel which will be different from Country etc

The style would be TOP 40 and singer-songwriter type songs.

That's cool - it's a more definite opening ambit. Any particular artists/songs you'd be nodding towards in terms of lyric style and overall influence?

My influences are the great songwriters but I listen to the following artists to try to be commercial: Katy Perry, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Rihanna, Meghan Trainor, Bruno Mars, Drake, The Weeknd. By the way, you don't hear the word "ambit" that often, I like it.

That's a pretty cool and impressive list of influences. A few more worth listening to of late are The Chainsmokers, Major Lazer, Kygo, Julia Michaels not to mention the tour de force that is Max Martin (he's basically co-wrote everything by Katy Perry and modern Talyor Swift).
I'm happy to have a go at this if you like. No guarantees it'll be any better than what you got already (an A rating is pretty damn good IMHO) but it's worth a speculative shot I guess. PM me if interested.
