Well - who among you actually READ all of the Terms of Service/Contract legal jibberish - before signing your complete agreement?!
Any regrets?!

I read it all before signing up, but at the time I wasn't a taxi member

I'm familiar with their CD manufacturing, which I can recommend. I don't use them for distribution/publishing, as their terms interfere with certain nonexclusive placements. For that, I've dealt with Reverbnation and will likely deal directly with Tunecore in the near future.

Well - maybe it's not a random thing that I've stalled on going the distribution route with CD Baby - with whom I've completed 3 separate CD orders; all have been made & delivered.
So, Mojo, I am NOT obligated to use their connections for making those CDs available for sale via iTunes & Amazon through CD Baby?
If that's TRUE - then I
1) thank you for the heads-up; and
2) thought that Tunecore was part of CD Baby - since it was they who posted my 1st CD songs,
individual tracks from funsongs - on You Tube - that came as a surprise to me.
Guess I need to be more careful about getting these 3 projects out for public sale, so I can then post that notice on my website.
Again - thank you. Still: as a tech-challenged little Old-Guy, I am in need of a simple-to-follow "how to" list.

I know CDBaby and Tunecore have a relationship, I just don't recall what it is, exactly, LOL. One may have bought the other, but I know you don't have to use ALL of CDBaby's many services. They have tons of packages and bundles, so you might need to dig around a bit on their site or talk to a human. Basically, it's their publishing service I neither need nor want, and that;s not because there's necessarily anything wrong with it; just a slight chance of conflict with just a few non-exclusives, but it's enough for me to make other arrangements/keep all options open.

I've started a new thread on this subject, trying to narrow my focus and search.
Cheers!
