Newbie question IPI numbers

So I've joined ASCAP and gotten my acceptance notice.

Is there a lag time to receive my IPI number?

Just curious as it's been a couple of weeks.

Different PRO here but it took about a month to process my application and get the IPI number

I had a buddy register with ASCAP recently. Seems it only took about a week to 10 days to get his IPI number.
