Looking for sounds for my new journey.
In my Korg Kross on board sequencer, I had 3 files of music.
1-Piano/Bass/Drums. Basic setup for ballads.
2-Marimba/Bass/Drums/Percussions. For Latin/Caribbean instrumentals.
3-Harp/Bass/Percussions. For Forest/World pieces.
I’m moving into the controller/vst/plugin world.
I’m looking for plugins that allow me to continue this path.
I see lots of stuff online and YouTube.
Trying to find something is like looking for a particular raindrop in a downpour.
Mind you, I am enjoying the search.
Any suggestions?

Billy, you're going to have to be more specific. There's probably fewer marimba and harp to choose from, but bass, drums, percussion??
Piano might be easier, because a "grand" type of piano might work for any style or arrangements that use an acoustic piano. Ivory Grand? Drums, maybe BFD, EZ Drummer, Addictive Drums because you can buy kits for different styles if they're not included. Bass, acoustic or electric? Scarbee Bass like Fender or Ric?

Thanks Len,
This is the kind of things I'm talking about.
I'll check them out.
From what I'm hearing, I think a couple of nice pianos might do.

Thanks, Linda
I checked out Amplesound guitar on the weekend.
I'm more guitar player than keyboard and I play finger style
so, this will work fine for me.

I just found EastWest Sounds's website and they've got extremely impressive cinematic and rock instruments. They've also got a thing that lets you make your guitar into a midi controller. They seem like they've got a subscription model of like $25 a month where you get all the instruments in their library.
