Sorry..I neglected to check back on my post! Yes those $5 sure add up...I can attest to that! It has made me more selective and more focused though, really read the description so that I am submitting exactly what they are looking for vs submitting something close enough in hopes the screener thinks.."well that will work!" and pass it on.

If you thought you knew the library you could always call Taxi and ask the yes or no question, "Is listing so-and-so for Library X?" They've recently changed that policy and no longer will answer that question.

That's not necessarily true. On more than one occasion, a library owner has gotten some forwards, and asked me if I have any more like them.
I sent them tracks that were returned, by the same screener that forwarded the above-mentioned tracks, and the library signed them.
