Good video. True that in many professions that people will gravitate towards sources they know and trust when a big deal is on the line. It's just human nature.

A guy we were at school with and lived on our street now owns a company that gets these big sync deals. He said backend is not really much of an income source in his business... it's all about the sync. But I know his company is one of the go to places now for certain high profile brands when they have ad campaigns. They have a complex of 8 studios and talented staff writers working there as well as session musicians they can get in.
