Need Entertainment Attorney

Post by tomyco » Fri Mar 23, 2018 1:04 pm

I just received my first Master Use & Sync License and need a Entertainment Attorney to go over the Agreement. Any recommendations? Thanks!

I used Ned Hearn in the Bay Area. He's as knowledgeable as they come in this area of law.

I understand the precautions that you are seeking to take, but you'd be better off asking some of the more experienced TAXI members to see if they had to the time explain a standard licensing agreement for you.

If you plan on going further in this business and making more music to pitch to music libraries and music supervisors, hiring an entertainment attorney to review each agreement you get will end up being very costly.

Just my $0.02.
