Road Rally 1st Timer Advice, Please

Post by MusicBug » Thu Mar 29, 2018 1:35 pm

Hi everyone. I discovered Taxi about 4 months ago and have really been immersing myself in it. I've been watching loads of the archived Taxi TV shows, and am planning to join in August. My question is, if I can only attend one or two days of the Road Rally this year, would it be better to come the first day or two, or the last? Or am I crazy to come at all if I can't do the whole 4 days? Thanks.

If you come for the last two days, you'll kick yourself for missing the first two days.
If you come for the first two days, you'll not leave. :) 8-)
Whatever is preventing you from doing the whole thing, cancel it! :)

Thank you, Telefunkin. I know, I know... It's kind of a "worst case scenario" question. I'm going to do everything I can to get there! Cheers!

I would definitely try and go for all the days. Taxi will release the schedule as it gets closer. I would form a game plan with what classes you would like to go to. If you are not confident with your recording and mixing skills, there are classes for that. If you need to be educated with what music sipes need, check out those classes, etc.

It can be a little overwhelming the first time. I know it was for me. But take it all in!
