Going into the studio to record the last two tracks of backing vocals for a new track I'm working on. It's been a hard week, so I'm also looking forward to losing myself in the work! Although I love the validation and monetary rewards of music, it's the therapy that keeps me coming back!

I Agree. When I'm in the studio they have to remind me when it's time for lunch. That never happens normally. But I get so connected in there with trying to get what's in my head onto the recording.It is so therapeutic.

In a Music Studio, you get to shut the world out for a few hours. I compare it to 18 holes on a golf course in some ways...you're in magical confines trying to bear down and nail every shot.
