Listing - TRADITIONAL URBAN DRAMEDY-Style INSTRUMENTAL CUES are needed for a hard-working Music Licensing Company for placements in a popular Reality TV Show on MTV. They’re on the hunt for Mid-To-Up-Tempo Instrumental Cues that are in the general stylistic ballpark of the references below:

‘Sneak Peek’ | Scared Famous (From 0:00 - 0:50)

KUWTK (From 0:28 - 0:40)

NOTE: They would love to hear Instrumental Cues that feature the Marimba! Instrumental Cues with plucky pizzicato Strings are also OK, but make sure you can send a version without it if your Instrumental Cue is accepted into this Music Library.

Please give them well-crafted Instrumental Cues with current-sounding Urban/Hip-Hop style beats and marimbas or strings played with either pizzicato or staccato articulations. Other Instruments can work for this request as well, as long as the main focal point of your Cue is based around a cool Urban/Hip-Hop beat and a Dramedy sound, vibe, and style. Build your Cues around a central melodic theme, and keep it moving forward by adding and subtracting layers of instrumentation as it progresses. Please avoid anything that’s overly busy as it could interfere with a scene’s dialogue.

NOTE: This library needs a lot of Cues in this style quickly, so please don’t be shy about submitting several Cues for this request if you have them!

Your submissions should be about 90 Seconds long, give or take. Non-Faded, Buttoned/Stinger endings are strongly encouraged. Do NOT copy the referenced material in any way, shape, or form. Use it only as a general guide for tempo, tone, and overall vibe. Broadcast quality is needed.

Hey DT,

This is pretty good...
You always have to worry about being too repetitious with these type of tracks.
But I think you are keeping it interesting.

I like it and an editor will too! I heard about 3 different Instrumentals in this one and that's a good thing!
Nice job DT!

Go your own way! Out of necessity, drive, gumption, whatever.. don't let anyone tell you you can't!
It's not what goes into your music that's important, it's what comes out the speakers
