EMOTIONALLY UPLIFTING INSTRUMENTALS are needed by a NON-Exclusive, Music Supervisor-owned Library with a huge number of TV placements. They’re looking for Mid-to-Up-Tempo Instrumentals that would fall within the general stylistic ballpark of the following references:
“Together We Are Strong” by Mitchell Miller Music
“Reaching (Orchestral Uplifting)” by Dinletir Paul
Please submit contemporary Instrumentals based around keyboard or strings that can be used for sports promos and Olympic-type competitions. As far as the emotion of your Instrumental goes, think perseverance over adversity, victory and triumph! When using Orchestral elements, the strings should not be overbearing, syrupy, or sappy. Please make sure any Orchestral instrumentation you use sounds very realistic and convincing, as anything that is obviously synthetic-sounding won't work for this company.
All submissions should be between 1:20 and 2:30 in length, with Non-Faded, Button/Stinger endings. Do NOT copy the references in any way, shape, or form. Use them only as a general guide for tempo, tone, texture and overall vibe. Broadcast Quality is needed.
This company offers a NON-EXCLUSIVE, 50/50 deal. This Music Library splits ALL sync fees 50/50 with you. They’ll get 100% of the Publisher’s share, and you’ll get 100% of the Writer’s share. You must own or control your Master and Copyright. Please submit as many Instrumentals as you’d like, online or per CD. All submissions will be screened on a Yes/No basis - No full critiques. Submissions must be received no later than 11:59 PM (PST) on Monday, April 8th, 2019. TAXI #Y190408EM

Hi John,
Nice composition and build up there, good ”victory vibe” !
I fear that the synths sound too dated/synthetic
To my ears the ending sounded a little cut off, personally I would have preferred ending it on the root -note instead.
Good luck!

Hi John,
You should use piano... for the melody.
My 2 cents,
Tim
Your strings are not authentic enough....the attack is too strong....and they cut off to quickly. Please make sure any Orchestral instrumentation you use sounds very realistic and convincing, as anything that is obviously synthetic-sounding won't work for this company.

As always, thanks much, Tim. In your opinion, where can I find some of the best string patches? I would like to listen to them. All my instruments are from the "Logic Pro X" software.ttully wrote: ↑Thu Mar 21, 2019 7:20 amHi John,

Re: Uplifting Enough? REVISION
Hey John,
Well....I have ALL of them..... ha...almost!
For strings...
I really like L.A. Scoring Strings!!
Also I use Vienna Instruments Epic Orchestra and Special Instruments alot.
For something like this..... I sometimes use real strings... not cheap though!
