Hey Dave,

There are TONS of variables to this - not an easy answer at all. Yes, a couple/few libraries could easily keep you more than busy. But maybe not. Depends on the size of the library, how often they're pitching, how many composers they have on their roster, their submission & briefs process, how many different markets/shows you want your music in, and the list goes on and on.
Good points!

Thanks
You're right

Hey Dave,

I guess to me it all depends on the quality of the library. Whether they're well connected (track record of good placements) , but also whether you really fit their vibe. I write mainly vocal stuff in several genres and I'm currently in 13 libraries. But some of the deals to be honest I wish I could take back...

Currently I concentrate on maybe 4 or 5 that I know are really stoked about pitching my stuff and/or have gotten my songs placed. I hope that helps a bit. Best of luck.
