...as of today, the library that asked for the album in May lets me know that a cue from it was used 10X on morning show on CNN!   WHOA!

I'm ecstatic about it to say the least! A really great feeling, and super motivating. :)

For anyone that is wondering if Taxi is the real deal... IT'S THE REAL DEAL. None of this stuff would have happened had it not been for Taxi, Taxi TV, and all you amazing people here on the forums. Can't say thank you enough for all the help and advice, and I hope I can provide the same to those just getting started.

Andrew
Hey Andrew -

That's a huge YAHOO and CONGRATS to you!

To anyone who is just now following your progress, I feel compelled to share a couple of observations -

While you may have not been familiar with Licensing Music before you joined Taxi, you were already producing music at a very high level.

Rather than start the journey with a huge EGO (as many might have done), you gathered the necessary info, consistently asked for HELP, and applied yourself.

It takes a big person to get out of their own way, buckle down, and do the work necessary to succeed - be it for Music Licensing or any other significant endeavor in life.

So, great job, and I know I don't have to say this but,

Keep Writing!

Jay :)

Appreciate it Harper! I'll try my best to keep it going if you do the same! You've already upped your game with that last Urban Dramedy cue you made. :)

Appreciate the keen observations! It's important to point out that even though I didn't know what a cue was, I had been making my own music for a while... which definitely helped me hit the ground running. And thanks for the kind words about applying myself... I know I've still got a long way to go, and what better way to learn than to ask lots of questions!!

I'll keep writing if you do the same!

Thanks again all! You guys rock, and it's been so great to celebrate this victory with such a great community. Sincerely hoping to meet all of you in person if you're able to get to the Rally this year!!!

Andrew
