Just got a forward for this listing
ORIGINAL BIG BAND INSTRUMENTALS are needed for a NON-Exclusive, Direct-to-Music-Supervisor placement in an Independent Feature Film.

He's on the hunt for Down-to-Mid-Tempo Instrumentals that would work well in place of “Strangers In The Night” which is currently temped in:

“Strangers In The Night” by James Last and His Orchestra

Fun story about this one_
This song is a co-write with Al DiCicco- we did it as a 50's Sinatra tune- Had our marvelous singer do the vocals- Nice tune, it's been singed a number of times and has had multiple placements on TV.

Well back in 2013 a TAXI listing came out looking for this style instrumental-- so I did a quick pull out the vocals added strings and woodwinds- sadly, it wasn't forwarded. Then this listing appeared and I dug it up--- redid the string section remixed etc and it was forwarded to a Music Supervisor today.

Just because the key doesn't fit one door doesn't mean it won't fit another....

And I wanted to thank you for sharing the story as well.

For those of us just starting out its easy to get frustrated about Returns and not remember that today's Return can be tomorrow's Forward.

Or in this case 2013s Return was today's Forward!
