Mix review please?

Taxi members,

I submitted this track to taxi a while back in response to the following request.

HAPPY POP/ROCK INSTRUMENTAL CUES are needed by a really strong Music Library with tons of credits in big Feature Films, countless TV Shows, and plenty of TV Commercials!

Alas, it did not get forwarded. The reviewer commented on my submission the track was "perfect" for this listing but the production "needed polish". I've remixed and tweaked the track hoping that it is now closer to "radio ready". I could really use some feedback from "fresh ears" on the overall mix. I am a poet recently turned songwriter.To me it sounds like it belongs as a backing track for childrens network productions. And as far as general commercial
appeal it lays a bit flat. Perhaps a departure as an interlude. My initial reaction.Keeping it real....
