DARK DRONE-Y and DARK HORROR forwards

A forward in each of the listings made me evening, yesterday night:

DARK and DRONE-Y INSTRUMENTAL CUES are needed by a very successful Music Library for placements in a specific TV Series.

They’re searching for Instrumental Cues in the general stylistic ballpark of the following references:

“Decrepit City” by Atrium Carceri

“Ecstatic Paradigm” by Enmarta

Please submit subtly textured Instrumental Cues with very little to no melodic movement. Your Cues should have a consistent droning quality that delivers a moody and ominous feel from start to finish. Instrumental Cues that use atmospheric synths, pulsing bass notes, softened drumbeats, and lush pads could all work for this request. Please be sure to stick to a singular vibe and sound throughout each of your Cues to keep your submissions emotionally cohesive from beginning to end.

NOTE: Your submissions can include some minimal sound design elements, but don’t go crazy! Be sure to keep your Cues fairly simple, which is ultimately what works best for this type of request. Less is more, and they'll be looking for emotion and vibe more than compositional brilliance.

DARK, HORROR-Style TENSION INSTRUMENTAL CUES are needed by a very successful Music Library that’s pitching directly to a TV Series.

They need a bunch of Instrumental Cues in the general stylistic ballpark of the following examples:

Deadly Cults (From 0:37 to 1:23):

Haunted Towns (From 3:22 -3:59)

Please submit eerie, hair-raising Instrumental Cues that create a tense and ominous feeling. Cues can include Electronic or Orchestral Instrumentation, or a hybrid of both, as long as they’re horror-inducing. Stick to one main thematic idea from top to bottom to make it easy for a Music Supervisor to use your Cues. Adding some sound design elements is okay, but do NOT overdo it! Less is more!!!

Cheers Jay, I am glad you liked Do Not Go Inside! Fun fact, it was a return from a different listing, a few months ago Yet another demonstration how music can be very versatile, and we had best keep everything we write, because you never know, right?

aha yes I have noticed that too, I have had a couple of tracks Forwarded and Returned from similar "dark drone cue" listings. that's why I try not to focus too much on any individual Forward or Return and try to learn from each.
