I'm also bringing my instant pot. One advantage of the 6 hour drive in, at least I can save on food. Any other Vegans, I'll have plenty of food.

LOL... when I first read the subject line, I envisioned you were offering one 'for free' - and I pictured you driving with a trailer, hauling a big old box fridge from NYC to L.A.
