What does AAA mean when associated with Alternative

Post by phil108 » Tue Nov 12, 2019 10:25 pm

I am writing a few songs of the Contemporary AAA/Alternative listing.
I have no clue what AAA stands for... any feedback? - Phil

The artists that are listed as example include
Rob Thomas and Hootie and the Blowfish

Here is the Taxi listing...

CONTEMPORARY AAA/ALT-ROCK SONGS with a tad of COUNTRY flavor and Male Vocals.

The referenced playlist includes

“Can't Help Me Now” by Rob Thomas

“Rollin'” by Hootie & The Blowfish

The reference tracks are much more important than the exact genre name. And yes, it stands for Adult Album Alternative, not Automobile Club Of America. :p

Hope that helps!
:D Casey
