need accordion and trombone players Work for Hire

Post by nicotina » Sat Jun 20, 2020 10:36 am

Hey Taxistas,

I have a contract to produce some rootsy, bluesy, jazzy instrumentals for a music library. I would like to add real accordion cajun zydeco style) and some "Tailgate" New Orleans style trombone to some of my tunes. It would be a work-for-hire arrangement. If you know anyone who might be interested, please send them my way.

Thanks!

Vince

Hi Vince!
I can recommend someone on Fiverr for brass (PM me). I am also looking for an accordion player at the moment.
Cheers,
Matt

Howdy, I am an accordion player. Brand new to Taxi. Would love to give it a shot to fix you up with some accordion. I am challenged on the IT side of things so will need guidance in getting my music to you, so if you are on a short deadline it may not work out, but if scheduling is flexible we can figure out the details and make things happen. My style is pretty versatile, so pretty good chance we could make some music. I would love the chance to work with you both. Grandpa Doc

Hey there... if you DON'T find what you're looking for in the way of an accordion player...
(I'm guessing you need someone who can improvise... or do you need a sight-reader/player?)...
send me a PM, and I'll check with some of the Irish Trad Session players I know - who are very good.
I'll need to find one with home-recording gear - with whom you can swap files.

Good luck - Cheers,
Peter
