if its any help

Minimalistic definition: A minimalistic style is simple and plain, without any decoration

For music I assume that means minimal instrumentation ie voice & piano or guitar & voice or drum & bass

Has nothing to do with length, in my opinion. It might also mean that it does not feel too busy. But mostly, I would say, sparse instrumentation.

Isn't it in the listing text? They asked for "max 4-6 instruments" or smth like that?
