Good Start for a project composer
Went shopping and got a few things now that I've decided on what I should get;
Matebook D15 with 16 GB RAM, 512 GB Memory
Cubase
Kontakt
Nexus 2
Omnisphere 2.6
Fabfilter Pro Q
Splice
Cymatics
EthnoWorld 6 Complete
Rode NT1A Mic
Short Mic Stand
Mackie CR3-X Studio Monitor Speakers (Just to get me started).
Audio Technica ATH M20x Headphones
and will probably pull the trigger on an Akai Force 3.0.6.
Perhaps the only other thing I really need is Wavelab.

I haven't seen the new version of Cubase but I used to have Wavelab for mastering.

A better workflow for Sync is to apply your mastering chain in the DAW session so you only need to export everything once otherwise it can be a real ballache espcially when a library is asking for multiple revisions and stems etc.AudiniAudio wrote: ↑Sat May 22, 2021 4:15 pmI haven't seen the new version of Cubase but I used to have Wavelab for mastering.

Good advice. We'll look into it. We're setting everything up right now.
