I may be way off but I get a Tom Petty vibe, with a little Roy Orbison influence
Not quite the Wilburys but maybe it could go there..... The chorus really makes me think of Tom Petty

Hi D I play pretty woman and cryin alot. Specially with a few beers around the campfire. My buddy in our band just said yesterday we should do a couple Petty songs. Thanks...got me thinkin now

So I was way off... I heard Christie McVie fronting for Blondie instead of Debby Harry. Who knew?
