My favorite "songs" are All Our Yesterdays by Allan Holdsworth, Above and Below, and Distance vs Desire. I also really like Persian music like Afsaneh Rasai, and Cambodian Piphat. I have a classical guitar background so I like my stringed instruments but I don't really go for ukulele, banjo, or mandolin to supplement my guitars. Instead, I've got an archlute and a sarod which I turned into a 5 string senni rebab by replacing the metal strings with nylon. Next I want to get an esraj. They're more expressive than plucked strings so I'll be able to better hear the dynamic potential in my melodic sketches. It was either that or a wind instrument but I have little facility on them.

I forgot to mention I really love Javanese gamelan and both Balinese Semar Pegulingan Sai Pitu and Belanganjur. But those aren't "songs." But anyway...

I watched the final of Eurovision 2021 and I can safely say that 3-4 songs will be among my favorites in the near future. I really liked the songs of Finland, France, Greece and Cyprus.

lol :D
Well God rewards everyone differently. It's just we don't realize it. I am glad that I can breathe, eat, walk, sleep, etc. If we start counting God's blessings it will take who knows so much time. This life is a test God even blesses those who oppose or don't believe in its existence. I don't know if God will give an atheist in the next life as well or not :D
