Ambient or Self-indulgent. You be the judge.

Does the bass sound too boomy on your systems?

Some listeners said that the snare needs delay as that is stylistic for ambient. Other listeners said I should have used stereo widening on the synth, electric keyboard, and or rhodes. I said I used stereo widening in the mastering chain but they felt that was in the wrong place for ambient. Should only be on the track(s).

The flute sounds towards the end are inspired by the album Deep Forest (original version).

I always worry with something like this about too much repetition. I had nice sounds I could have used for a bridge with more variety than a repeat of part of the intro but didn't use them since I was just so in love with the electric keyboard sound.
