Yeah on the surface it seems like a poor reason to return it. Don't think I have had a placement that lasted much more than a minute...if they are giving that as the only reason , well..it's a bit controversial in my book.
Don't worry I'm sure you'll soon be getting emails from Libraries and will have no trouble finding a home for it.

I think I will add 2-4 bars where it makes most sense musically and submit it again when it's possible
. I also hope that a library finds it useful.

Sorry Casey, but I can't find that. I can only find the "Contact Us" and choose "Submission" under "department".
It's a direct email address, not via the Taxi website. Substitute @ for AT and use taxi.com. (no spaces).
