All the previously posted advice looks good. I record classical and flamenco guitar often. Probably the single most important thing already stated regarding your setup is to move the mic pointed at the 12th fret further away up to about 20 to 24 inches. It will be only slightly more ambient but your recording should be much cleaner and musical.
