Helpful site: Musipedia

I was looking all over the place for the name of a piece by Bach that I transcribed for guitar (years ago) for the PD classical guitar listing, and couldn't find it in my sheet music or anywhere! Today (after the listing expired, of course), I typed in a search asking was there any site that would let me search by musical notes, and I found this:

Musipedia

It has several different ways of entering notes, and not only did it give me classical results, but it also gave me popular songs that fit the first few notes. I have a feeling I'm going to find it very helpful going forward, and I hope it's useful for you, too!

I've been using midomi.com with students. They like it. It does the same thing.
