Great blues song!! B.B. is one of my favorites! He's not around anymore, but at least I can hear him when I want to. :)

Thanks for visiting & commenting, Ralph. Are you an "into The Blues" guy? How'bout this one - from that playlist?

Another good one, Peter! I listened to the first part of all on the playlist when you originally posted. Will have to listen to all fully later.

Got a couple of questions:
- Did you write these songs and get someone to sing them?
- How about the musicians?
- I think I saw on another of your posts that you don't have a recording setup. So, do you book a studio?

I'm fortunate to have a semi-pro recording setup here at home.

Keep on writing!

Hi Ralph. To answer your questions:
1) All the songs on my Soundcloud were written, sung, & produced by me - except where noted as a "featured" vocalist, co-write, or collaboration.
2) Much of what gets produced is played by Nashville (or some local) musicians I hire. I also use airgigs.com for specialty items.
When I can - I play as much of the stringed instruments as I can manage - almost always at least one or two of the guitars; more and more, ukulele bass.
3) I have been working with a small, local studio/engineer who works on a VS-2480 board. We import remotely-recorded WAV files, and load them into our mixes.

Thanks for asking. I credit TAXI & the staff: the Road Rally, these forums, and TAXI TV for opening to me the world of meeting and working with others.
It's not only led to many funsongs projects, but has helped me form wonderful friendships with some VERY SKILLED and TALENTED composers & musicians.

Yes - keep on writing. :P

clarification: 'small local engineer' - actually it's both the STUDIO space that is small... and, we're both about the same height.
:? 8-) But we both have BIG FUN. putting these track together:
