We cant really re record the vocals because Chad is still recovering from covid so I have to work with what I’ve got. i added the telephone effect, made the Kick stronger, and brightened it up a little.

An observation and opinion from The Peanut Gallery (I've paid for a couple of custom critiques) -
if you think of the TAXI reviewers and screeners as YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER/COACH -
their goal is to HELP YOU get your music up to the level where they can confidently & gladly forward your material
to the client - with its best chance of being accepted and placed.
You don't have to agree with their advice, but then you cannot expect them to act as your agent for placing the piece.
Your success is TAXI's success - in a manner of speaking. They are trying to fulfill the order with YOUR music.
And it is their task to be sure there's a connection with the greatest chance to get it used.

But the screener & I seem to have picked up on the several of the same things : Stronger hook needed , could use improved vocals, and needs less repetition.

I think the screener did a solid job pointing out both the good and things that need improvement. Isn't that the point of getting a custom critique? Take what sticks and put aside the rest.

I only disagreed with the part that said the song was too long. the rest was right on point.
