I updated it again
Is this just the wrong approach with the rhythm guitar?
Sorry Dave I don't know what else to say, maybe try this if you haven't, mute everything else just play the drum and the guitar rhythm by themselves and then check every other instrument with the drums and click, maybe not the guitar lead track.

good luck

Hi Dave, I'm not wishing to pile on the agony if you're finding this one difficult, just saying that I think Lester and Gitanosy are right that the swing in the rhythm guitar is out, and its mostly the offbeat that feels early. Once you get that swinging nicely, the lead guitar then needs to have a similar swing that sits comfortably with the rhythm. The keys are tight so no worries there, but if you loop a few bars around 1:35 you can hear how the guitars are falling off the rhythm and not working together.

I know from your previous posts that you do a great job with the slow and medium tempo blues tracks, but this one is quite demanding at such a brisk tempo. Perhaps if you just jam with the backing track for a while before recording it might help capture that swing feel. Also, even though it'd be great to nail the parts in full takes, there's no shame in a bit of editing or comping parts from different takes if needed. I'm confident you'll get there Dave. Good luck :).

Hee--Hahhh!! Finally, just commenting on the guitar rhythm it is 97% there, only a few spots off but I can't pinpoint and write them down right now, may be later.

Thanks so much, Andre!
If you get a chance to comment further I'd appreciate it
I just need to refine the rhythm now and then work out lead

Yes, I was just noticing that
I need to make a rhythmic decision there... the 2 notes in time or 3 notes like the rhythm guitar?
