Human factor effect, as a general plugin?
Wondering if any company has available or producing a plugin that can alter various aspects of an audio and/or midi output.
Some instrument products have a "human factor" or similar adjustment i.e. EZDrummer.
What I perceive in such a "human fact" plugin is random slight adjustments in velocity, tempo, pitch, and perhaps more with user interface for the intensity of each.
Perhaps with presets for different instruments including voice.
IS anyone aware of such plugin(s)?

Most DAWs have a humanise midi function and you can do a lot with audio using Melodyne to alter the timing / tuning and things like note length but I don't see any specific humanise audio funtion

Thanks, that's helpful. Made me dig in and review the Cubase pro plugins.cosmicdolphin wrote: ↑Thu Jul 07, 2022 12:41 pmMost DAWs have a humanise midi function and you can do a lot with audio using Melodyne to alter the timing / tuning and things like note length but I don't see any specific humanise audio funtion

You don't even need a plugin in Cubase. Look on Youtube for....
"Applying Randomness to MIDI Parts | Cubase Q&A with Greg Ondo"
and there's probably many other explanations of the same thing on there.

Graham (UK). Still composing a little faster than decomposing, and 100% HI.

Thanks Telefunkin, I watched the video and he is using greater variations (better for the video) than the very slight ones (to humanize) I'm thinking of, so I'll need to play around with the two methods to see if I can do "slight".Telefunkin wrote: ↑Sun Jul 10, 2022 2:22 amYou don't even need a plugin in Cubase. I've had Cubase since version 7 and all upgrades since. Thing is, I've been working in the non-music field of CAD/CAM and that is too often work week mentally draining, so digging into and remembering such wonders of Cubase hasn't been easy.
And Software bugs tend to find me. But on the flip side, its driven me to seek out and find faster ways to be musically creative.
And now I have this forum to remind me.
Thanks.
