This is wonderful, and inspiring. I'm honestly thankful for your recovery, and I find your perseverance remarkable.
Yeah John!
I really appreciate your words Erik. It can be frustrating at times but the whole point I guess is learning to adapt.
I signed some cues a few months ago on which I played everything using virtual instruments. Had to move all the midi notes to get the feel I wanted. And being a bass player that just about made me crazy!

Congrats John! Now I know what "indie folk pop" is suppose to sound like
Keep putting out those great songs. I think you could do it with one hand tied behind your back
Keep well.

Thank you Tom! This song was one of those "gifts". Pretty much just wrote itself. I'm always grateful for those

Really nice song and great production values! Was this recorded in a home studio? Did you do all of the production/mixing/mastering? It sounds amazing!

Music is the reason.

Hey thanks Jesseh! And yes this was recorded in my home studio using Logic pro. I played and programmed everything but I did have an engineer do the final mix/master. Except for my nylon string everything else was created using onboard Logic sounds. Thanks again!

Congrats John. Maybe this unfortunate incident will open up a new creative path for you (not playing every string is a modern approach to things after all!).
