Strange Rapidcue notice

Post by 3Seas » Tue Mar 21, 2023 10:14 am

I was on Facebook and the webpage suddenly went to the Rapidcue.com page containing a notice of being down for maintenance today March 21st. The back button, to get back to facebook was empty.
I'm not in a position to be submitting cue sheets and I am not yet a member of a PRO, though when the time happens it will be BMI. This happened on a different computer than I use for music production and related.
I have no login to it and just vaguely recognize it after looking into what it is. I may have come across it when I was looking into what PRO I'll go with.

In any case, I don't think it should have suddenly taken over the web page I was on.

Can anyone help clarify why this happened?

I have no idea what you're even talking about, lol. Sounds like it might be some crazy pop-up thing from your browser.

Thanks for responding.
pop-ups are blocked and it took over the page.
I guess I should just figure it was some fluke.

Sounds like stuff that used to happen in the late 90's era of Internet. Good ol' Netscape Navigator, hahaha.
