Not sure if I mentioned this. First, contact Taxi and get on the Taxi Dispatch e-mail list. Watch the listings for a while and see how your music might fit. You can wait until you see one you want to submit for and join then and since the fee is pro-rated by where you are in your membership year, you will pay less (at least that first year).
