I like the point of the video about how art affects things through the zeitgeist.
How a traditional cliche music industry shark life cycle would be today - cigar (easy to buy) - find an unknown (easy to find) - make a record (easy to do) - release it and make a million in sales overnight (good luck with that) - get a different job (essential)
The equivalent today probably works in the social media space.
