Wow! This is awesome, I can see why it got the forward. The chorus is so strong and perfect for Film/TV. I think this one will get placed. :D 8-)

I see it was done by our friends at NMF (formerly NDF). Who did the vocal?

Best of luck!!
:D Casey

thank you WSAO and Casey.

Yes, that is Drew of NMF singing. He sings most of my songs. He did my other two forwards "Santa take me back" and "crumble". I think he's my good luck charm. I did the usual agreement because I can see most submissions request exclusive and copyright ownership. So I do a "work for hire" and buy out the copyright. As far as the singer's name I can't use his real name so he is under a pseudonym. He's been a big help with all of my questions regarding the business end. Does he sing any of your songs?0

Yea, I work with them a lot and do the WFH and master rights. I talk to Drew all the time. I've had a bunch sung by Josh and Drew. Josh is generally my "go to". He's amazing. I've singed a few of those with that "Critical" library.

We should work on something together and split the cost. :D

Best,
Casey

That sounds interesting. I'm just not sure how that works since we both do the same thing. LOL

Well, we both are songwriters. So we could put our heads together. I do it all the time. Sometimes it's one person's music with the other's melody or a combo of things. It's usually done with back and forth emails of mp3s and some zooms. But it has to be something that both parties are comfortable with. It's not for everyone.

Best

I don't have a problem with one person writing lyrics and others writing the music and melody. I'm just not sure it works with two people writing the lyrics. That might just confuse the direction of the song?

We can try and see if it works. I guess we would need a topic first.
