Two forwards

I've had two forwards for S240221MR for bittersweet songs (links below - hope you like them!). I was just wondering what happens next. Do I get informed if they are accepted for a deal or does it just fade away? Shold I hold back from sending these songs to anyone else in case they are accepted?

Looks like a lot of people have the same question - maybe having the answer on the main web pages would help with this. Anyway, thank you for your response and I hope you have time to listen to my songs (I imagine a lot of people ask for that as well! )

If they are interested, they will contact you. Sometimes it takes awhile, other times it could be only a couple of days. You also may never hear from them, that's the way this business runs. I always continue to pitch unsigned material. Whomever claims it first gets the track. In the meantime, it's a good idea to have all the alts and cutdowns ready to go, and most likely they will want it all as .wav files, at 48K/24bit.

Congrats on the forwards! I like the songs a lot & I think they would work well synced! As for what’s happening next: I‘ve done the maths over the past 3 years (168 returns and 147 forwards) and the sobering fact is that in more than 90% of the cases of forwards you‘ll never hear back from the client. So pitch and submit as much as you can so the remaining 10% or less will get you somewhere. Good luck
