There's lots of experience with East West. You could use the search function on these forums and get loads of comments (mostly good). For example...

However, just about everyone will say "It depends what you want" when talking about choosing orchestral libraries. Whole orchestra or just strings, ensemble only, solo instruments, dozens of articulations or just the main ones, exposed or in a dense mix, for what genre? My suggestion here would be to really think about what it is you're trying to achieve, and what tools that might require. There are lots of options spanning various price ranges, plus buy vs subscription, so there's a lot to think about, as well as how much use you'll get from it for what you'll pay.

Perhaps Spitfire's free orchestra would give you most or even all of what you want without paying anything, and if its your first time working with an orchestral library it could be a good move to try that first just to see how you get on. If it isn't sufficiently comprehensive then at least it might help identify what else you need and simplify the decision process on where to put your money.

IMHO Guy Michelmore (search for him on youtube) always has good advice,eg.....

I hope you find what you're looking for :) .
Like it is, and 100% HI
