Signed album: 4 months from forward to final delivery of tracks
Back on February 29 (Leap Day!) I got a couple tracks forwarded for a "hip hop with horn blasts" listing. Here's my forum post from that day.
On March 20, I received an email from the listing company saying they'd like to sign those two tracks, and would like me to supply a 10 track album.
During the month of April, I finished all 10 tracks and sent them in for review.
On May 22, the company said they'd reviewed all the tracks and would like to sign all 10 pieces.
I just delivered the final files & stems this morning, June 28.
So, from forward to completed signed project, over a span of 4 months. Not exceptionally fast, but definitely not slow either. Granted, I could have been quicker on file delivery, but I had a lot going on between May 22 and today (not the least of all: I got married!!!!). But still, this ought to give some newbies another real-world example of the time frame it took for something to go "all the way" when a company reaches out after a forward.

And I NEVER get tired of listening to the great trumpet tracks you contributed to some Funsongs Music projects;
one in particular which remains very special to our family. I'm forever grateful.
God bless you & yours today.
