Rally Preparation

Post by Casey H » Mon Nov 04, 2024 9:10 am

Hi all
You probably saw the email from Taxi with the link to view the 2024 Rally Program Book. https://s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/asse ... _FINAL.pdf

Suggestion, especially for first time attendees: Print the 3 pages with the schedule grids in advance so you can circle the classes/events that you are most interested in. Sometimes people get a little overwhelmed by it all. The schedule grids are a very helpful way to see each day at a glance. No need to print out the whole program book, you'll get one when you check in. However, you may want to print out some or all of the PDFs for the rally from the Taxi website.

Preparing in advance, at home or on that big old jet airliner can really help.

See many of you there!
:D Casey

This is good advice, thank you Casey.

I was looking at the program book and almost sent it to my wife to print at work before having the realization that "we'll probably get this when we check in"

It's been a minute since I've gone to a conference :D

But making a plan ahead is a very good idea, especially since they have Driver's Ed stuff and "main event" stuff happening at the same time. I feel lucky that there's only one spot the entire weekend where I have two things I want to do at the same time.
