AI Panel Follow Up - Send me your questions!

Post by Paulie » Sun Nov 10, 2024 7:20 pm

Howdy folks!

Had a great weekend meeting so many people this year, and really enjoyed being on the AI panel on Friday morning. Thanks so much for all of the great feedback and encourement, so many of you gave me feedback and asked more questions about the topic.

So...

For my YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/@YoPaulieMusic (where I focus a lot on sync music advice), I'm planning to do a video (or two) to expand on the great conversation we started during the panel. Many of you said the panel created more questions than answers, so let me do my best to address those. Drop your questions here, or email me at paul@yopauliemusic.com and I'll do my best to address them.

Saw the panel. Great! Also, found that I was already subscribed to your YouTube channel. (Ha! My wall of instruments is starting to look like yours!)

I had a comment about what Michael said about A.I. looking ahead and formulating cues or source music in real time. I wanted to say that it wouldn't work. There would have to be a probability % between two extremes: predictable & esoteric. I said to the guy sitting next to me, "What would "Kill Bill" have sounded like with A.I. making predictable decisions like that?"
